I started my vegan journey over 11 years ago – and it was the best decision I ever made for myself. My initial transition to veganism was due to nutrition and health reasons, but very quickly I was educated about animal cruelty and environmental factors within the meat and dairy industries.
Part of my health reasons to transition was due to struggling with PCOS, so I predominantly focus on wholefood, low GI meals to manage living with PCOS – and this along with vegan, natural supplements have worked wonders for me!
One thing about me – I LOVE to cook! I love to create new recipes and cook them for my family. You’ll find me in the kitchen a lot, I absolutely love great food. So you can guarantee my recipes are tried, tested & loved!
